Passenger Trains > MBTA 1138 Pushes Into North Station and Later Pulls OutDate: 10/20/16 20:16 MBTA 1138 Pushes Into North Station and Later Pulls Out Author: MartyBernard 1. and 2. It's 5:13 the afternoon of September 5, 2012 and MBTA GP40MC 1138 is pushing its train on the Boston North Station leads, over the River and to a platform in North Station. Amtrak 90214 with a Downeaster is following at a distance.
3., 4., 5., and 6. It's 5:46 and 1138 is pulling out with a load of home bound commuters. So is MBTA 1001. And coincidentally, so is the Amtrak Downeaster.
