Passenger Trains > Auto-Train arrivals on Tuesday

Both running about 2 to 2.5 hours late, following on time departures.

If they arrive at the expected, they should be able to depart this afternoon at about the proper time.

I had hoped with the trend toward closer to on time arrivals that the cycle was broken and the slow orders etc were resolved.

52 will have a chance at on time departure from Sanford, not so for 53 from Lorton as it is now down 3hrs

They must have just updated that, thanks of the info.

One plus at the Lorton end is the northbound loads are exceptionally light this time of the year.  That simplifies room cleaning (fewer rooms to be cleaned), and coach work. Fewer cars to come off, as well.

They also don't need to double up passenger cars like Sanford does

Not slow orders; stopped for "signal suspensions".  Apparently CSX is installing PTC in the area, and can't figure out how to route trains by DCS / TWC.  Crumbling Stumbling eXcuse of a railroad.

53 departed Lorton 9 minutes late, that's excellent

52 departed Sanford 51 minutes late, they made up a lot of time on the flip

Both Tuesday afternoon, of course

26th (25) arrivals

​52 down 1:27
​So today, 26, both have a better chance of OT departure.

And CSX gets another whack at screwing them.  What's strange is that 91/92 and 97/98 are NOT experiencing similar delays.  Anybody know why?
