Passenger Trains > The trains I rode

Many thanks to all the OBC on the trains I rode,RT from Lakeland,Fl.to
San Antonio,Tx.October 22 to November 4,2016.
Here are a few I got cards from,

There are others that I did not get names,overall
good crews everywhere.BUT,there is always one.
I am old and had two carry ons.Boarding Tr22 on the
morning of 10-30.I was not greeted nor helped by the attendant.
Later that night I wanted my bed made.I pushed the call
button and waited and waited.I had not seen her all day.
I finally had to climb those awful Superliner stairs to
look for her.I ran into a lady that said she was next
door.Next door was the diner where she was BSing with
the crew.She was not accommodating at all.She was
not doing her job and needs to look for another one.
I think her name might be Christa.
I hope that Amtrak reads this.If not I will forward same.

Uncle Joe, Please be sure to write up your poor experience on # 22 and accurately include your date of travel, sleeper indentification etc. There's a new CEO now who really cares and knows how to get his troops to start getting rid of the bad apples like Crista who spoil the good work done by the other 95%. There's a strong likelyhood that she has generated other complaint letters. I had a similar bad experience on # 5 not that long ago and that poor actor is now gone and good riddance to her.
