    Maintenence of the Way is causing a large traffic jam for Amtrak Trains 5 and 6 at North Yard. No. 5 lost more than an hour on 12-6 due to the work zone. To complicate matters were various light engine moves.
​  No. 6 on 12-5 also experienced delays. I do not know when the work will be completed.

Think so. The main line through the North Yard is out of service. If it wasn't switch work trains would have been able to clear the work zone quicker, I think.
