How is this possible - a train can go from New Orleans to Jacksonville???  (snarky smile)

If Brightline trainset can do it, why not the Sunset?

Chargers were tested in Pueblo pulling 4 double decker passenger cars ... the 125mph speed cert was made on the NEC ... a train has to be tested at 10mph over the cert speed ...

Coaches will be tested in Florida.

There are no federal rules stating the equipment must go to TTCI

I wonder about that too.

Are the cars running on their own wheels (or loaded on a flatcar)?

Running on their own wheels. All testing required for 79mph cretification and operations can be performed without going to Pueblo.
