The 406 was the NPCU that accompanied the 40th Anniversary display train in more traditional garb: http://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?1,3761826 http://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?4,3138792 https://www.amtrak.com/exhibit-train-npcu-406 It is unlike other "cabbage cars" in that it has an HEP genset for lighting and electricity on the train, but like the others it doesn't have a prime mover to propel itself. It has never been "90406." Date: 01/03/17 11:07 Re: Winter Park Express F40 Author: dan You gonna save this one to Chris
Posted from iPhone Date: 01/03/17 11:11 Re: Winter Park Express F40 Author: RodneyZona I do know that the video shot was taken between S 10th West and S 900 W streets, looking south, as the Cal Zephyr, train #6 about to go under Veterans Memorial Highway (I-15) in SLC. I do know the second shot was taken at the W. 800 S Street crossing, looking south, in Salt lake City.
