Passenger Trains > Interesting delay on Maple Leaf #64

Listening to the Rochester (NY) feed, I heard #64 ask the NF Dispatcher for permission to make a reverse move after leaving ROC station.
Apparently some passengers had boarded in error and needed to be dropped off.  Since work crews working on the new station at Rochester (possibly installing the new turnouts needed to access the future passenger sidings), the engineer had to request the Foreman-in-charge's permission to make the move after receiving permission from the train dispatcher. All told, #64 was in the station 16 min - normally a 2-4 min stop
