Not sure I would bother.  I sent a thoughtful, polite letter recently. After four weeks I got back a form letter that demonstrated clearly that a) Wick never read the letter b) The person who did read it did not understand the subject, which was not rocket science and c)  low value for thoughtful customer feedback, and d) a thoughtless effortless reply. And I sent an old fashioned letter, NOT an e-mail. 

I'm an Amtrak supporter, not bashed, and good customer.   I was very disappointed. I don't expect Wick or every President to read every letter, but I would expect a thoughtful reply if they want thoughtful feedback.
