Do read the comment by "Harvey" at the bottom, which is more telling of the hypocrisy than the actual article is by the Sierra Club and the NJ-DEP in standing in the way of this. When someone wanted to build an environmentally destructive shooting range on the site, the Sierra Club ran from the whole issue, showing once again it's a NIMBY group against rail expansion.
