Once again I'll mention mayor of Tenafly worked to stop service beyond Englewood. Service to Tenafly would take hundreds of cars off the road, wouldn't be an issue with quiet electric lightrail operation.   Dual tracking would be easy, I believe CSX
​sold the right of way to NJ or NJ Transit about 4 years ago.  CSX freight used to go almost to NY border, then cut back  maybe 5 years now so as not to go beyond vegetable oil plant in Englewood, just S of Palisade Ave. Really would be a relatively
​each project and appreciated by many, except mayor of Tenafly.
