Passenger Trains > Strike in Texas sets off delays across Chicago area, naDate: 03/03/05 12:00 Strike in Texas sets off delays across Chicago area, na Author: Erik Has anyone else heard this news?
Why did they walk off the job? http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/chi-0503030349mar03,1,3100606.story?coll=chi-news-hed http://www.suntimes.com/output/news/cst-nws-metra03.html Date: 03/03/05 12:34 Re: Strike in Texas sets off delays across Chicago area Author: stone23 If each and every Chicago (and Seattle) passenger who was inconvenienced called his lawyer and then sued each and every dispatcher who walked off the job personally for the strike, I wonder if the Union would protect its members? After all I believe there is still a Railway Labor Act to prevent these types of action.
