If each and every Chicago (and Seattle) passenger who was inconvenienced called his lawyer and then sued each and every dispatcher who walked off the job personally for the strike, I wonder if the Union would protect its members? After all I believe there is still a Railway Labor Act to prevent these types of action.

So I guess you mean railroad workers don't have a right to protest against abuse.

You missed my question. Will the union protect its members? PS-In my younger days I did belong to the Brotherhood of Railroad and Steamship Clerks.
