Australia: Garratt 6029: Load Test
Author: Milepost_130

Today (September 3, 2014), recently-restored ex-New South Wales Government Railways 6029, 4-8-4+4-8-4 (Beyer Peacock / Manchester 7531 / 1954), standard gauge Garratt, was operated from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Bungendore, New South Wales and return.

Once again, Bevan Wall posted on-line a fine video. Feel free to send me a PM with your personal email address if you'd me to reply with a link to the video.

Here is one apart at the Auckland Sheds in NZ, a rare chance to get a look at more of the stoker line.
