Chris is right. "Congress" consists of two houses. One, the House of Representatives, has a majority of Republicans. It has passed and sent over 350 significant bills to the other House. The other house is the Senate, under the virtually dictatorial control of Democrat Senator Harry Reid, the House Majority Leader. Not a one of the bills sent to the Senate has left Harry Reid's desk. Naturally, NONE of these have been even referred to the appropriate Senate committee for consideration, much less to have been referred to the floor of the Senate, for deliberation and an an up-or-down vote.
