Alan,

Very nice photo it looks like they really care for them seeing how spotless that unit is.
Still it just doesn't look right not in orange & black.

This unit is just out of a major overhaul. After 12 years of service here they are pretty beat up and are being overhauled as needed, repainted in the latest livery, etc.

Yes, it was third and last of the art units. Graffiti on it now and I suspect it will eventually be repainted into either the livery like 2349 or the blue hood/red nose/cab like SD40s 3304-5. Art 3302 is on shop trucks at the moment and the paint is a bit tired so will be interesting to see what happens with that one.
