Found these pics on rrpicturearchives.net, interesting modifications! Appears the dynamic brake section is the same larger grill as the Brazilian SD70ACe/45s.

MRS railway in Brazil is testing there SD70ACe in EMD Demonstrator livery but the units are so good leading the heavy iron Trains in the Steel Railway since there are more than 70 big tunnels there. Maybe they can use these artifact to improve the performance of them.
