Which japenese train station had the 24/7 webcam with audio from the station i can't remember which one it was. the station played like a 30 second music clip before a train departed.

Quick search says two well-known train stations in Japan have webcams with sound: Hakata (博多) in Kyushu, and Aizu-wakamatsu (会津若松) in Fukushima Prefecture.

Don't know which one you were looking at, but if you saw a steam locomotive, it'd definitely be Aizu-wakamatsu. If you saw the Seven Stars (all dark brown super luxury train), then that's Hakata.

There may be other webcams with sounds - a quick description of what you saw might help the Japan railfans on TO narrow down the location.
