International Railroad Discussion > Looking for a DDM45Date: 07/07/15 14:54 Looking for a DDM45 Author: pedrop Hi, in August 2009 I found the DDM45 4292 scrapped in a isolated yard in Irai de Minas, MG Brasil while railfaning with a american friend. In September 2010,a friend of mine found the same DDM45 in a truck from Bolivia in Estiva, MG a city very far from where I first saw the DDM45. . The locomotive was cut or disassembled to fit in the truck. I am wondering where it is nowadays. Of course it wasn´t scrapped, since it could be cut in pieces before transport to Bolivia or another country nearby. Does anyone here knows about it? I am think about a collector that could bought them and take a private collection somewhere in South America.
