Electric power? I am in Djibouti this morning and the rolling stock from China is being hauled across the city to the railhead but local info only indicates arrivals of diesels.

The first batch of locomotives ordered by the Ethiopian Railways Corporation including 25 freight locomotives (19 electric and 6 diesel), 3 passenger locomotives and 6 passenger carriages arrived at Djibouti port on 13th December 2015. http://i.imgur.com/LH7MDNT.jpg
