Wonderful!  I am a huge streetcar fan and scratch build model streetcars.  Thanks for posting these photos.

Nice examples of Toden Arakawa Line's examples of modernization, with the new 8900 series (shot #9), and the renovated 7000 series (7700 series, shots #1, #2, and #8, the green one). Modernizing the fleet doesn't mean changing everything over all at once - renovate some old ones, buy some new ones, a more pragmatic approach.

You caught #7022 (shot #3) with the retro-paint scheme, which I also caught last October while joyriding the line.
