Darjeeling India flooding

Saw on CNN yesterday photos of heavy mudslide/flood damage in Darjeeling due to monsoon rains.  Siliguri (at the bottom of the railway line) had 380 mm of rain in 2 days, with more forecast.   Anyone know if the railway was damaged?  Periodic washouts have put it out of service for months in the past.

I spoke with the tour company I am booked with in November. They said there was no damage to the line.
