JNR 9600 class, 2-8-0 and here's some basic info in English:

I did a quick look up, and unfortunately, #79602 is not listed as a preserved locomotive. Don't know if photo #1 is the same engine, but driver size strongy hints at another 9600 class.

I did stumble onto its sister #29612 in 2015, where it's on display near the town of Bungomori in inner-Kyushu.

You can definitely start a C11-themed thread with the variety of shots you posted on that tank engine... and shot #2 is fascinating, with the C11 next to a string of a JNR container train!
