Yesterday I found some MRS C30-7´s and C36-7´s switching freight trains at Joaquim Murtinho yard. t is a good news when I imagined the new AC44i and C44´s took over all the jobs on MRS. At least the freight train between some yards are been pulled by these old GE´s.

No Deane, MRS didn´t approve the Sd70ACe´s. They had many failures inside the big tunnels. MRS will be all GE in a short time.

Neat. Looks like you also caught one of their U23C's. (Unless I'm getting their rostered locos wrong.)

Hi, the model U23CA goes from 3601 to 3630. From 3631 ahead, the model is C26-7MP, a model done on bebuilt U23C.

Hi, actually, MRS has a big fleet of more 400 C and AC44's. These old GE's are in their final years.
