Awhile back, there was a thread about Konica Minolta Scanners. There was discussion about a Dual Scan IV that locked up. Someone posted a reply about changing settings to fix the problem and the phone number of the Minolta Service Support. I've searched using the search feature, but haven't had any luck finding that specific thread.

Anybody know where I can find it. I'm having a similar problem with my Dual scan IV, and haven't had the energy to tackle solving the problem, so my scanner just sits for the time being.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you say locked up, what exactly is occuring? The holder is "stuck" and won't eject or you can't insert the holder to scan or ...? I have scanned over 3000 slides and negatives with mine and not had any problems with it.
