Hello:

I was waiting for locals to respond to your inquiry on BNSF channels in the Seattle-Everett area, but if you need a quick answer, these are the channels I use on trips to Seattle:

BNSF Railroad Scenic and Seattle Subdivisions
161.100 DS-82 Seattle East Disp. Olds Jct.(Wenatchee)- MP8(Ballard)
161.160 DS-74 Seattle Terminal Disp. MP8-Tukwila
161.920 DS-75 Centralia North Disp. Tukwila-Nisqually
161.100 DS-86 Centralia South Disp. Nisqually-Vancouver Jct North
161.250 DS-31 Vancouver Term. Disp. Vancouver Jct N - Vancouver
161.250 DS-34 Vancouver Term. Disp. Vancouver-Portland OR

Hope this is some help.

Here is the link to the On Track On Line Amtrak Radio Frequencies page.

http://www.on-track-on-line.com/amtrak-freqs.shtml.

It contains links to the entire Cascades, Coast Starlight, and Empire Builder route frequencies. This should give you the main line frequencies you are seeking.

Happy scanning!

OCV
