Run8 Problem

I just purchased and downloaded Run8 with the Mohave Sub. I installed it per Run8's Website including updates in the order listed. I am running Windows 8.1. When I try to run a route after selecting it I get the error message "Run8 has stop working. A problem caused the program to stop working, etc." Anyone else have this happen? Am I missing something?

Found problem. Windows 8 and 7 as well, need a director other then the default Program Files. It says so right in the installation. Missed it at first.

I have the exact same problem and have not been able to use it since I bought it 4 months ago!
