Apple software update issue with TO

Hello! 
    I've used the same camera, the same IPad for years to upload photos to TO.  After this last update, I have been getting a TO error message that my photos must be in certain format. I.e. .JPG.    My photos are .JPG.  
    Is there a way around this?
    No problems posting with the MAC.
