Five times since last Saturday unknown people have attempted to hack my Verizon account. I got an e-mail from my credit monitoring people today telling me Verizon had been hacked. If you have an account with Verizon, check that account and all of your other accounts. The hackers had the last four digits of my SSN so it was most likely as a result of the data breach at Verizon.

My Verizon E-mail account will neither send nor accept e-mail messages.

I understand there were 1.5 million accounts hacked, mostly big accounts and business accounts. Mine is neither... Every time someone attempted to hack my account, they attempted to add a second line to my account. FYI...
