iPhone Dunsmuir video won't play

My iPhone still won't play the webcam videos...anyone know why?

The webcam files are in Adobe Flash format iirc. Apple and Adobe don't get along so Apple does not support Flash.

Worked before the upgrade to ios 10 and stil works on my older ipad that is still ios 9 and won't upgrade to 10...thanks for the reply
