best file conversion app

I have been using Macphun Intensify/ Luminar Pluto and Aurora HDR software for the past few months and have been pleased by the ease of use and excellent results. It does convert files to Jpeg but Trainorders does not recognize the format. Have any other Trainorder subscribers have this issue and , if so, what do you use for file conversion --Mike Napolitano

What extension is it applying, "jpg" or "jpeg". If the latter, try changing it to "jpg".

jpg is not a file choice-that's the issue.So I guess I have to convert it to jpg in a different program-Mike

After exporting as .jpeg then go to finder and change the file extension to .jpg

Right, change the extension in the Finder.
