Radio Frequencies San Jose to L.A.

What radio frequencies are best to monitor when riding the Coast Starlight between San Jose and L.A.?  There have been lots of changes since I used to reside in the L.A. area!  Thanks to anyone who can offer suggestions!

Subject to change due to my info being slightly behind (a year) the times...

San Jose to North Salinas is 4242
North Salinas to North San Luis Obispo is 5151
San Luis Obispo to Las Posas (Metrolink Connection) is 9696
Las Posas to CP Taylor is 2929 (Metrolink Controlled)

In/Around LAUPT Should be either 4747 (Metrolink River DS) or 8787 (Metrolink San Gabriel DS)

Just to confirm. I just passed it by a buddy who works out of the San Luis Obispo Crews both to LA and to San Jose. Everything in my previous post IS CORRECT. The only additions to make are this...

San Jose Depot to CP Lick is 9696 and then CP Lick to North Salinas is 4242.

8787 is on the East bank of the River and 4747 is on the West bank.

     Thanks so much for the quick response1  I'll be boarding No. 11 (22) Wednesday afternoon in Oregon.  Return departure from L.A. will be Tuesday, on 14 (28).
