Canadian Railroads > The Canadian in the Thompson River CanyonDate: 06/20/18 22:14 The Canadian in the Thompson River Canyon Author: SD89MAC On June 16, 2018, the westbound VIA #1 was running many hours late (not helped by having to wait in the hole at Ashcroft for an eastbound freight to clear), which meant it made a daylight run through both the Thompson and Fraser River canyons. Here are a couple photos as it made it's way west.
