BNSF 2018 Christmas train on Cajon

This morning the annual BNSF Southern California Christmas train made a run from San Bernardino to Summit and back. BNSF GE's 6580 and 5544 bracketed the 11 car train, seen just east of Hill 582 (a couple of miles below Summit). As always, a big thank you to BNSF for their kindness and generosity during the Holidays!

I saw this train on the Flagstaff and Barstow Cameras.

It was a nice break from the nornal routine of freights and Amtrak

Nice shot Bob!

That crewman sure did pick a fine time to walk back along the unit, but what can you really do?
Besides scream at him when the train get by you because he ruined your shot. :-)
