Eastern Railroad Discussion > Winter in western PADate: 02/16/19 09:23 Winter in western PA Author: DJ-12 A few random scenes as the the cold air offers up opportunities for snow and steam...
1. Darkness is quickly closing in as a snow squall flies on the daily CN ore drag as it climbs Saxonburg Hill via the big fill above Dinnerbell Road. 2. Two of Allegheny Technologies industrial switch crews are working through the January cold as steam billows from the new stainless mill at Natrona Heights. 3. As the 2 crews jockey cars around the mill, they are quickly overtaken by a fast moving coal drag on the NS Conemaugh Line. Date: 02/16/19 09:56 Re: Winter in western PA Author: JUTower Good stuff!
