Well I guess I'll take a shot at this contest.

#1 ---- An unpatched CNW dash 8 leading a westbound double stack at Crestline NV in December of 2001.

#2 ---- A Union Pacific Dash 9 takes on a dust storm in downtown Las Vegas. You can just barely see the Plaza Hotel in the background.

#4 ---- An eastbound train on the Peavine in Williams Arizona, Oct 24th, 2000. I was on my way home from Kentucky when I got surprized by an early snow storm and ended up spending the night in Williams. My truck was handling the snow just fine, but I was afraid that one of the other nuts, that were all over the road, would run into me.

Last one ---- Oct 16, 2004, (ODINA), TrainEd and I got started early for "One Day". I used my digital camera to get this eastbound heading into the rising sun, staying ahead of an approaching cold front,at McPhetridge on the BNSF Seligman Sub. The clouds got worse throughout the day and kind of messed up our day.

Not to be picky, but #1 is a patched CNW Dash 9 and #2 is a C44AC.

I really like #2, that is weather that most of the country will never see.
