A different kind of caboose

I found this north of Buffalo, NY near Lockport about 9 months ago. Not sure who ownes it or if it even runs. Aparently the owner didn't want anyone bothering it (hence the no trespassing signs). Sure made for an interesting photo.

Got Lincoln Logs??? Looks like a cross between a UPS truck and a log cabin.

Looks like something a railfan would create to tailgate at football games. Or a railfanning vehicle
