It's about sister Northern 814. Back on October 19, 1999, she was being moved across town in Council Bluffs from Dodge Park to Rails West Museum (former RI depot). Here she is crossing the Indian Creek on 16th Ave, and up ahead is her tender. They had to hire a house moving outfit to get the job done. I think top speed was 1 or 2 mph.
