Three southbound trains at Bear Mountain, NY today.

1. K042 oil or ethanol behind two BNSF units
2. CSX OCS
3. Manifest train Q434 with two standard cabs

Excellent shots. Never did shoot that angle, years ago you would get runoff from that area (30+ years)... nice to see the access open!

We were standing just where the service road to the maintenance facility leaves the main highway. I asked a worker in a pickup truck if we could take a photo and he said it was okay. I figured it was better to ask. If he said no, we would leave and go down the highway a little for a shot from a longer distance away. If he said yes, we were golden. He said yes.
