CSX 8523 Changing Out Traction Motor Willard Ohio

 Hi Guys
With a malfunction in a traction motor on CSX 8523 the Willard shop crew along with R J Corman doing the heavy lifting are changing out a traction motor and installing an idler wheel at Willard Ohio on the Chicago Division ready track
