For the fourth straight year, The Dow Chemical Company has received the Hazardous Accidental Release Prevention (HARP) Award from The Kansas City Southern Railway Company (KCSR).

The award, established in 2001 by KCSR, promotes and recognizes excellence in safety, environmental protection and regulatory compliance.
