Ex-PRR 0-6-0 Fired Up After 5-year Rebuilding Effort
The Williams Grove Historical Steam Engine Association said it test-ran its Pennsylvania Railroad 0-6-0 No. 643 Sunday, capping a five-year rebuild effort by the group to restore the 1901 Altoona-built locomotive, one of the few surviving PRR steam locomotives and the only one presently operable. |
