One way I enjoy our hobby is putting together a calendar of my railroad photographs along the scenic NS B-Line in Virginia. It's a tradition for me to give a copy to my dad each year as he doesn't get out as much anymore. Anyway, I use a print-on-demand service called Lulu.com to make the calendar and have it set up so anyone can order a copy if they would like to.

This year's calendar features a 611 excursion picture, a photo of the NS Training First Responders train, heritage units (Interstate Railroad, Nickel Plate Road, Savannah & Atlanta Railway), foreign power (BNSF), an SD40-2 on the now out-of-service track west of Riverton Jct, an ex-Conrail Dash 8 and more. Photo locations include The Plains, Marshall, Delaplane, Markham, Belle Meade, Linden, and Riverton.
