At last! After what seemed like an eternity, the San Diego line is open again. After being on display at Union Station Los Angeles September 9th and 10th, private car TIOGA PASS will stretch her legs on a few trips to San Diego.
Starting on Tuesday, September 12th, join us on a one-day round trip to San Diego. We leave LA at 11:10am on train 572, arriving San Diego at 1:55pm. This is a quick turn, only staying in San Diego until 510pm. The sunset along the coast should be beautiful as we roll home.
Then, on Friday, September 15th, we repeat the same trip, leaving
LA at 11:10am, and leaving San Diego at 5:10pm.
but we are not done yet! On Saturday, September 16th, TIOGA PASS journeys to San Diego again, but this time the car will park at San Diego overnite and return to LA on Sunday the 17th. This trip will include Dinner and breakfast aboard the car prepared by chef Alan Miller. Of course, on all TIOGA PASS trips, ALL beverage service is included with your ticket, and yes, that includes adult beverages.
Fares: LA to San Diego round trip $200 per person. One way: $125 either direction. One day trips can accomodate up to 15 passengers.
LA to San Diego on Saturday, September 16, sleep in your private stateroom aboard the car in the station at San Diego, with dinner
