Author: maltim It almost makes a grown man cry and to think the pride ATSF took in their stock. Makes me want to shake a few bodies at BNSF, no pride anymore just money driven by accountants.

I think a Kindergartener could have put the yellow stripe on better than this!!!!!!! mp349 Date: 09/18/05 22:24 Re: Let's see your cruddiest Warbonnet ..... If I didn't know any better I would think you were sitting over my shoulder... Date: 09/27/05 08:10 Re: Let's see your cruddiest Warbonnet ..... Author: FECSD40-2 Also unique to Santa Fe were the GP60B cabless locos numbered 325-347. The GP60M's are numbered 100-162 and the B40-8W's (DASH-8-40BW is GE's model designation) are numbered 500-582. They sure looked beautiful when new. NOTHING beats a fresh, clean warbonnet, red and silver or blue and yellow! It is a shame that BNSF didnt keep the bonnet. I believe that I read about some recently repainted warbonnets in this post earlier this year and sincerely hope BNSF management (Rose) has a change of heart.
