UP GE's 5478 and 5531

Last month I photographed new UP GE's 5478 and 5531 in Oregon and after doing a websearch cannot find any info on either of these units.

Are they ES44AC's or something else? And a number series for the new units would be helpful too to fill out my UP roster.
