A slow weekend on the BNSF Front Range Sub
Author: NH2006

Only 2 daylight trains on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. But two warbonnets, a rare SD75M, and a SW1000? BNSF 3631 on Saturday's LAUDEN

Finally almost missed the Q-DENTAC with a SD75M leader but they rolled slowly up through Norfolk siding and I caught them there...Long's Peak in the background.

AT least you got some action, it's bad when you head out and watch trains and it's dead through the whole day!

Slow Weekend!!!! HA, try dispatching it one of these days! 6800 foot trains with no place to go on a subdivision where the longest siding is 5492 feet. Not much on the south end account couldn't get anything out of Casper, that was where all the actiion was these two days. I think I had 4 or 5 trains in a 80 mile area shuffling around each other in one of the last siding that did'nt have a train parked in it. Actually I admit I was not here Saturday but I was in Waco Texas and I was happy to see my son return from Iraq all in one solid piece..

Terrific news, CWRailroad, that your son returned just in time for the holidays. I appreciate his efforts in serving overseas.
