Thanks for the tip. The article is generally pretty good, and has a few good comments on subsidies that could use some elaboration. Nine times the revenue? Sad, but that seems to jive with annual transportation studies. It will take government action, and that will take involvement by the public demanding it, to balance our transportation policies.
