Painted by RELCO at Minooka, IL paint inspired by Rock Island passenger scheme. Plan to add nose stripes and RI logo to nose. Will operate with 6 former C&NW-Metra bi-levels for Iowa home football games. Number sequence follows RI FP-7 676-678.
