Being a heritage member, the thumbnails are hard to make out due to lack of detail.

But, from what I CAN see, I'd wager it's the former D&RGW Tintic Branch near Eureka, Utah?

Heber Valley Railroad. More specifically, I think you have already passed the lake and are heading to Vivian Park.

You got it Jason!
The first shot is looking at Squaw Peak, and the second is one of Mount Timpanogos.

This was taken from 3745, the former MoPac caboose on the Heber Valley Railroad.

That "wammer - jammer" is the step plate should the 3745 find itself in the middle of a train.

They finally finish all the road work on US189 at Deer Lake Reservoir? It was a mess the last two times I rode the Heber Valley. I was wondering if the old bridge over the old highway would survive the construction. Thanks for the photos, always enjoy that train ride.
