I'm going to guess in your back yard, Tyler, TX. Location near the end of an industrial lead (former SSW line to Jacksonville and Lufkin, TX.) Trackage is south of Robertson Rd.

Yessir, you're dead on here. This is what's left of the old Cotton Belt line between Tyler and Lufkin.
