Radio channels in the Southwest

I am taking the South West Cheif (train 4) to Kansas City, Mo on Thursday. Does anyone have the radio channels from LA to KC, Mo??

Through the Seligman/Needles sub its Channel 36 / 160.650

It says it was updated 2/26/2009 so it should still be good. Have a fun trip. It is a great site that I have used on a few Amtrak trips in the past.
